No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on finished jewelry pieces. This is to preserve the integrity of our gold and sterling silver craftsmanship. Once a piece is delivered and inspected, it is considered final.
Size Exchange Policy
Should a size adjustment be required, we offer complimentary exchanges for the same product only. Please contact our concierge team within 7 days of receipt to initiate the exchange process.
Damage & Misrepresentation
If a piece is found to be damaged or misrepresented upon delivery, we will provide a full refund or a replacement of the same item. All claims must be reported immediately.
